CHALLENGES
1. Sound Installation
Subordinate responsibility in this project was delegated among client, architect, construction, construction management, WMS•WCS system, and three temperature-zone frozen refrigerator systems, and each had its own project manager.
The client demanded to receive a real-time progress report. We got chosen as the overall project manager on this project, from beginning to completion, and we supplied ongoing project and construction management services to the client. We have managed to complete everything within the limited cost and time.
2. Site Selection
For selecting location, we researched the geographical analysis of Taiko drum educational organization entire Los Angeles, and listed potential locations where is located the center of the geographical analysis.
Therefore, Asano Taiko would be commute quite easily from everywhere.
3. Drum Studio and Air Conditioning
Sound Insulation and Air Conditioning are our initial challenges of this project. Since drumming is quite hard exercise, players easily sweat merely 5 minutes.
Therefore, we used engineering systems that shutting down outside temperature and insulate drum sound from outside.
