DETAILS

Ozeki Sake USA Inc. is the major alcohol firm in Japan. To extend their business, they decided to have a new processing center in the U.S. For this project, have worked on total project management, design and construction.

CHALLENGES

Project Planning and Scheduling
In order to manage construction and food processing operation at the same time, we divided the process into three different phases; production of machines, construction coordination and managing scheduled tasks.
